Obituary of Helen Alice Mary Ross

ROSS, Helen Alice Mary Died peacefully on July 4, 2015 in her 78th year. Born in L'Ile du Grand Calumet, QC. A Graduate of Nursing at St. Michael's Hospital. Wife of William Ross and loving mother of Malcolm (Tara) Ross and grandchildren John and Anna. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence McNally and Marie Ryan, her brothers Joseph (Carmen), Richard (Lynne), her sisters Sr. Edna McNally GSIC, Rita McGee (Arnold), and Catherine McNally. She is survived by brothers John (Denise), Lawrence (Denyse), Paul (Lise), and sisters Margaret (George) Brabant, Mary (Don) Hagen, and Sr. Anna McNally SOS. Helen will be greatly missed by relatives, friends and many nieces and nephews as their favourite aunt. She will be remembered for her enduring faith, great capacity for friendship, caring presence and as keeper of family communications. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7. The Funeral Mass will be presided by Reverend Jim Hanna at OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP CHURCH, 78 Clifton Road, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8. A private interment will be held at St. Ann's Cemetery, L'Ile du Grand Calumet, QC.
