To George, Kevin, Shane and your families, I will always cherish the memory of Georgette, the best friend I ever had. With heartfelt condolences, Diane Pontbriand As Diane's two daughters and son-in-law, we have been fortunate to have known such a unique and wonderful person. George, Kevin, Linda, Savannah, Trevor, Shane Chris, Thomas and Dillon . . . We are so sorry to hear of Georgette's passing. Maria and I have many fond memories of her, ranging from Maria's stay with she and George in Switzerland to the many dinner parties at 411 Shaw and Lake Joseph. Georgette was one of the world's grand ladies with her own unique elegance. I know you will all miss her a great deal and she and each of you will be in our thoughts on Monday. Unfortunately, we will be unable to attend the funeral as we are hosting Maria's family at a gathering on the south shore of Nova Scotia next week. We look forward to seeing you upon our return.
