Dear Ed; It was with great sadness that I learned of Gloria's passing last month. I can well appreciate the anguish and bereavement that accompanies this tragic loss to you and your Family. Gloria was indeed a beautiful individual within and without blessed with an attentive, compassionate and loving manner. She will be sorely missed. Dear Ed, Joan and I were most upset to read off the passing of Gloria and do wish you and all of your family our deepest sympathy. Both of us admired Gloria and felt that we were close friends, going back to the days when our now very adult offspring were younger. I don't like to say this but it seems like the end of an era. Even though you have probably been expecting this for some time the shock to you must nevertheless be considerable but we know that you have the ability to accept the sadness and the strength of character to carry on, remembering the good times.
