It has been a month since Eva passed away. I still miss her so much. She was like a grandmother to me. I will talk to my kids in the future about her. Eva left a legacy of love, generosity, Faith and hard work. Eva was an angel that God put in the path of many of girls like me to give us love and treat us like family. Her biggest legacy though is the unconditional love she had for her family, her son, her daughter Maria and the grandkids. She was so proud about them. Eva was a real blessing!!

The Martonfi Family, we were deeply saddened by the news of Eva's passing.We were lived in her place in 2004 when we were in Toronto, and we kept in touch with her even after we left Canada. We will never forget her smile and kindness she showed us during our stay, and the taste of the soup she cooked for us at our last visit in 2013. She was an important part of our life, and we feel her loss deeply.Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Naoko and Saiko

We have many great memories including many Christmas Eves with family. Baka Cica (as we called her) always made it special. She also took us all over the place when we were kids. Amusement parks, Niagara Falls, the CN Tower were just some of our adventures. She is missed.

Maria, John, Donna, Mike, Dan, Steve, Robin and kids: Eva's passing marks the end of an era for your family. All your family members of that generation are now gone and contact with that part of your family has ended.Your memories of them are all that is left.
