Obituary of Matashi Inouye
INOUYE, Matashi
Passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by loved ones, on Sunday, May 17, 2015, at the age of 83. Pre-deceased by his wife of 38 years, Emiko, and survived by his daughter, Diane. Matashi had been retired from working 37 years at Consumer's Glass. He had a gentle, kind, and consistent personality, and protected his family with all of his strengths. His boisterous soul guided him towards the best possible outcome life could bring. He helped many, created many wonderful things, and he leaves great memories for all those he touched. He never told anyone how to live, he lived and let everyone watch him do it. Expressions of gratitude towards Health for All at Markham Stouffville Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital - Head and Neck Clinic and Palliative Care Unit, Toronto General Hospital, Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care, Toronto CCAC, St. Elizabeth Home Care Nursing and to all Toronto Hospice workers and volunteers, and to Reverend Keiko Nagao of the Tenrikyo Sea Tac Church.
