Dear Pat and family, Don and I are at the cottage, but will be thinking of all of you this morning, and the service at the Donway Church. Harold was a very special person, and we are the richer for having known him. The years at Bethesda when our families shared friendships and activities, will always be a much appreciated part of our lives. Most sincerely, Kay and Don Brundage

The Shield Family - please accept our condolences. We first met Harold at the start up of the Win-door show in 1995. Without Harold's strong efforts and encouragement, the show would never got off the ground. He had the ability to deal with difficult situations with confidence and a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to know and work with Harold - he will be missed. Sincerely, Jim and Helen Parker

Please accept our deepest condolences at this time. We were fortunate to know Harold in the early years of the Gravenhurst Boat Show - in the days when we had to "pump out" the Ships Stores tent! We have memories of Harold and Pat coming to our home to send press releases from our office. He helped make us feel comfortable on the boat show committee and his wealth of boat information was appreciated.

Patrick- my thoughts and prayers are with you. I knew your dad as an ever present part of the Show. When Chairman I better understood all that he did and the ease that he worked with all of that responsibility. You are ably filling his shoes, he was proud of you. Please know that my thoughts are with you and your family. His loss is the Industry's loss and will leave a hole in all of our lives. God Bless.

Very sorry to hear about the passing of Harold. I only knew Harold through my involvement with the CMX-CIPHEX Show, and through Patrick, but obviously Harold touched many people through his numerous and varied interests. There will be many in this world who will miss Harold, but pleased that they knew him.

Dear Pat We were very sorry to read in todays Globe of Harold's passing. I have fond memories of when you and I worked at the Bell and later when we lived in Don Mills.
