Obituary of Roy Dunlop
Roy passed away peacefully in Oakville on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Muriel. Loved father of Linda Snowden (Rob) and Garry (Judy). Proud grandfather of Ashley, Brandon and Danielle Snowden, and Hannah Dunlop. Also survived by his sister-in-law Marie Wilson and her family. Roy and Muriel moved to Toronto (Don Mills) from Winnipeg in 1962 where Roy enjoyed a long career with Shell Oil and was very active in the Church of the Ascension and the community. In his leisure, Roy had a passion for horseracing and was a keen follower of the Montreal Canadiens and the New York Yankees. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1. A service will be held in the chapel Thursday, April 2 at 11 o'clock.
