Obituary of Leida Pille

PILLE, Leida Passed away peacefully in the presence of loving family, at Suomi-Koti Nursing Home on Monday, March 9, 2015 at the age of 100. Predeceased by her cherished husband Arnold. Loving mother to sons Valdur (Nelly) and Peter (Gail). Beloved grandmother to Erik, Kristina and Kevin and great-grandmother to Mila. Dearly loved aunt to Pilvi, Merike and Oskar. A generous and kind spirit, she will be greatly missed by family and friends. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11 until the service at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. In her last years, Leida's home was at Suomi-Koti; we cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suomi-Koti Nursing Home in Toronto.
