Uncle Johnny, I'm so very happy that my lasting memory of you is this..... a spry handsome man with a twinkle in his eye. You were moving and grooving to the tunes at the legion, intent on dancing the afternoon away - and that's what you did. You brightened the day of one or two women as they proudly accepted your dance requests. You were happy and energetic - the Uncle Johnny I will always remember. Give mom a kiss for me and enjoy this new adventure - as I believe we have that gift to look forward to after this life. Love you always, Kim Aunt Evelyn, Lynda, Susan and Ted - Remember the great stuff xoxoxoxo

About a dozen years ago, I accompanied two of my big brothers from the Highland Creek Legion to the Warrior's Day Parade held at the CNE. Victor went off to march with the Lincoln & Wellend Regiment while John & and I fell in with the Highland Creek Legion contingent. That short march from the park across from Fort York Armoury through the CNE grounds was one of the proudest moments of my life marching beside John with all his medals gleaming in the sunligt. Later that same day John and I visited the Toronto Scottish Pipe Band mess where I put on some special kind of drumming exhibition whence John said to me "You really can make thos drumsticks talk." John will always be special to me for the memories created on that special day. Love you, bro!

Aunt Eve and family. Uncle Jack is now at peace, he will always be remembered in your hearts and over time you will be sitting around and laughing at some of the funny things he said and did. He may be gone but will always be in your and our hearts. Bo and Cathy
