DJAMBAZIS, Triada Triada passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences with her family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Cecil. Loving mother of Jim (Susan), George (Shannon) and Chris (Helena). Loving Yaya of Trinity. Dear sister of Anastasia (Vasil Hatzitrofonos).
