kristen, I was so sorry to hear of you mum's passing. She was such a great lady. Newer remember ever seeing her without that great smile. So many wonderful memories!! My first glimpse of you and Arthur during a choir practice of the Hamillton Bach Elgar choir so many years ago--the 2 of you looked so happy and full of promise. Meeting you when you played cupid for my meeting of the love of my life. Your beautiful solos shared at our wedding!! The many happy hours we spent playing Rumoli. Sharing our first forays into Motherhood--you announced the impending birth of your first baby when you visited me in the hospital after I had given birth to my first!! All the lovely visits for major family events since then, and the long telephone conversations assuring us that our friendship could be picked up at a moments' notice, no matter how lengthy the interval betwen visits or conversation. I will miss all of this sorely!!

Gloria always inspired us with her friendliness. Lovely lady. Dear Arthur, It's been a long time since we have been in touch, and I am so sorry it is on the occasion of Gloria's passing. I had the great pleasure of seeing Gloria a couple of times at Christie Gardens when she was visiting Irene, and as usual she was charming, still beautiful and plain good to know.
