HIGGINS, Valerie Jean Suddenly, on Monday, January 26, 2015. Valerie Higgins, in her 82nd year. Beloved daughter of the late James and Jean Higgins. Loved sister of the late Jim McVean Higgins. Survived by sister-in-law Janice Higgins. Dear aunt of Jamie, Douglas (Erinn), Jill (Steve) and Peter (Heidi). Dear great-aunt of Dylan, Emma, Sophie, Megan, Fiona, Quinn and Ella Grace. Best friend to Doug and Sharon Kubicek. A memorial service will be held at Mt. Royal Cemetery, Montreal, later in the spring.
