Doug, please accept our condolences on Audrey's death. We have happy memories of talking to you both after tennis games. As you will remember, she was my "ticket" to the Vic tennis club - as always, a generous woman. Our sympathies.

Dear Doug and family. My heartfelt condolences on Audrey's death. Although we only met her two or three times, it was a privilege and pleasure to come to know her a little. The image of her portrayed in the obituary rings very true. My wife Janice died of cancer a year ago. I have some understanding of what you are going through and of the path ahead. Sincerely, John Sargent

Dear Doug Cathy and David, Barry, Margie and I were deeply saddened to read about Audrey in The Star. We have many happy memories of her as a classmate of Barry's, and as my treasured friend with whom many hours were spent when the children were young and our lives and circumstances allowed us the time. Our sympathy goes out to each of you at this sad time. We regret that we will be unable to join you on Tues. to celebrate her life and to visit with the three of you and catch up on your lives. Nora, Barry and Margie (Charland) Athoe.

Dear Doug and family.Helen and I were most saddened to read of Audrey's passing. She was a wonderful, friendly and out going person. You will miss her dearly and our thoughts are with you, particularly tomorrow when her memorial service will be held.We will be thinking of you and the family at that time. We regret that we lost contact with you in recent years. When in Toronto a couple of years ago we attempted, through the telephone book but without success, to make contact with you. With Helen and Keith gone we were without a way to reach you.If you are in Victoria at some future time please give us a call as we would value a visit with you.- Sincerely , Ted and Helen Hughes.
