Sue enriched all of our lives. Playing bridge with Sue, I learned so much from her by example: how to be tolerant, caring, never taking anything too seriously, humour, graciousness, and much more. The above then translates into all of life. Thank you Sue. You will be SO missed. Condolences to all of her family.

Although I only recently got to know Sue through bridge I immediately liked her and enjoyed her company. We had a few games together as partners and many others as opponents but each meeting was full of laughter and good cheer. We often discussed our different beginnings- Sue in Australia and me in South Africa. My condolences to her family. I shall truly miss her presence at the bridge club. Melanie Bloch

To Sue's family. I had the pleasure of meeting Sue at Toronto Ladies'. We played together occasionally and talked about how to make Ladies''a good place for women. Always enjoyed her company and smile. Sorry to say I was not aware that she was so sick. When one is an out of town member, one has less contact. I know I will remember Sue and so will the whole Ladies' family . My prayers and sympathies. Judy

Sue we will truly miss you... both at the Toronto Ladies and Hazels's Bridge Club. You always made us laugh, even last week when you decided that my pencil was to dull and decided to sharpen it with your trusty little knife.

To the family of Sue. Sue was one of my bridge partners on many occasions, not only was she a formidable bridge player but her friendly and joyous nature made playing with her a truly enjoyable experience. I still remember the day she brought me a jar of homemade marmalade, oh so delicious! She will be missed at Monday club. May her family find peace and love knowing that she was a fine, warm, and loving human being.
