Obituary of Florence Ferguson

Florence Maggie Ferguson In her 96th year, Florence died peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Friday, January 2, 2015. Predeceased by brothers Patrick and Michael and sister Ellen. She will be sadly missed by her sister Maureen Regan, her nephew John, nieces Patricia, Marian, Joan and Teresa of London, England. Florence immigrated to Canada in the 1950's where she enjoyed a full and successful career as a registered nurse at Sunnybrook Hospital until her retirement in 1984. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7. Funeral mass will be held in ST. MONICA'S CHURCH, 44 Broadway Avenue at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 8. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
