Sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Margueriete. She was always a very gracious lady. I do recall her dancing with her nieces and nephews at my sons wedding. I remember very long ago going to her house for Christmas dinner. I was a young nurse working on Christmas Day and thinking about the turkey dinner I would have that evening. When I arrived Marg and I had a good laugh as I found out she was serving spaghetti!

I had been friends with Marg and Karl for years. Whenever we hung out together, Karl and the boys would chat about the markets and the ladies would gather in the next room. It was only a few months ago when I discovered what a wonderful person Margy is - it was the only time I met with her without Karl. What a gem she is! I vowed to visit her frequently as soon as I return from my extended vacation. Now it's too late. I wasted those years when I could have been her friend, but spent my time solely with Karl and the boys. Margy Smith, I wish you joy in your journey to the next world.

It was my pleasure to know Margueriete. She was always kind, positive and calm. She smiled often and put others before herself. Am I ever glad we went to Cuba together a few years ago - she was the best traveling companion. Now she is at peace and with Karl, and that is a good thing.

Yes, we had many a discussion around the value of our investors 11 portfolio! We often talked about the choices one could make in life. You made a very brave decision Margueriete on how you would handle your cancer. I admire the courage you had to make the one you made. Rest in peace.

Am fondly remembering our many theatre evenings and also some of our not so successful investment discussion sessions. You will be sadly missed each time the group gets together but we know that you will be there in spirit! Thanks for the memories.
