Ted was a wonderful teacher and mentor. He was a great conversationalist who would always take an extra moment to discuss his patient's imaging findings with them. I fondly remember our time working together at Mount Sinai Hospital in the Radiology Department. He would always take the time to send his annual postcard from Barbados, which we looked forward to receiving. Ted was a true gentleman.

I was saddened to read about the passing of Ted. I have memories of him as Chair of Radiology when I was a graduate student in the U of T Radiology Research Labs, and of his support to Radiology Research and to me personally. I later had the opportunity to work with him when he was at Mount Sinai Hospital. He truly was a "Great" person in radiology.
