Obituary of Euphemia Brown

EUPHEMIA AITKEN BROWN (nee Edwards) May 8, 1922 - December 1, 2014 "Fay" peacefully passed in Toronto in her 93rd year. Predeceased by husband Frederick of 51 years. Surviving WWII in the UK, he a Royal Engineer and Fay a Nurse in Scotland, she was a wonderful caregiver. Predeceased by Daniel and Annie, Ina and Eric. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Marianne, Paul and her beloved son and caregiver, Alistair. Fay was charismatic and charming. Well travelled, intellectual, she earned degrees at the age of 65 (McGill) and 72 (Guelph). Cherished by those she touched, including caregivers Vinett and Faith. She will be remembered for her loving spirit. A private cremation has taken place, and at Fay's request there will be no funeral service. A donation may be made to the charity of your choice.
