Obituary of Muriel Lockhart

Muriel went to be with her Lord at Holland Christian Home, Brampton on Saturday, October 11, 2014 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Lockhart. Loved mother of John (Claire) and Hugh. Proud grandmother of Luke (Hope), Andrew, Tim and Matthew (Rachael). Fondly remembered by the Smith families of Western Canada and the Boland families of Ontario. She was a former longtime resident of Leaside and active member of Northlea United Church. A former head nurse at Toronto Western Hospital, she also volunteered as a Clinical Secretary for the Donwood Foundation for many years. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, October 17. A service will be held in NORTHLEA UNITED CHURCH, 125 Brentcliffe Road, Toronto, on Saturday, October 18 at 11 o'clock.
