Obituary of Goran Creutz

CREUTZ, GÖRAN: We mourn the loss of Göran on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 as a result of a heart attack at age 71. He is survived by his wife Gunilla and his eldest son Gustaf (Jana Reidel). Göran was left bereft by the death of his younger son Magnus in 2003, but rejoiced in his beloved grand-daughter Ella born in 2001. Göran came to Canada from Finland in 1978 where he established a fine home for his family in Toronto and a career as an IT specialist for Rogers Communications attaining the distinction of Employee of the Year in 2005. Love of nature, classical music, opera, and ballet enhanced his life and he was passionate about all things Finnish. He will be greatly missed by his three younger brothers and his sister, as well as Gunilla's family, in Finland and friends here in Canada. His funeral has taken place.
