Obituary of Einar Veel

VEEL, Einar Died peacefully in Toronto on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in his 87th year and was predeceased by his wife Meta (December 1997) and will be missed by his only child Allan and wife Flo. Einar and Meta immigrated separately to Canada from Estonia following WWII and after meeting here in Toronto, started out with nothing, but through hard work and perseverance made a comfortable life for themselves. Friends may call at the Murray E. Newbigging Funeral Home, 733 Mount Pleasant Road (South of Eglinton) on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 11am in the Newbigging Chapel. Interment to follow the service in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery with a reception in the Murray E. Newbigging Funeral Home.
