Zoltan WARLY
Passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years. Born on December 1, 1923 in Nitra, Slovakia in the former Czecholovakia. A courageous Holocaust survivor who came to Canada in 1951. Devoted husband to his beloved Katherine, and loving father to Dorothy and Alexandra. Proud and adoring grandfather to Danielle, Alexa, Brittany, Caroline and Kaitlin. Brother of Erika Jakobovich, brother-in-law of Eva Molnar and Paul Dallos. He was the founder and President of Intragserv Limited, a successful travel and investment company. He was fluent in 6 languages. He was an avid art and antique collector and real estate investor. Zoltan was a proud, ethical man with a keen intellect, optimistic and, tenacious in matters that he valued. He was a dynamic entrepreneur who was loved and respected by all those with whom he engaged. He was a patron of several Hungarian and Slovak community organizations. His infectious sense of humour, love and penetrating curiosity will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Special thanks to Sabina Safar and Rod O'Handley for the many years of support love and care that they gave selflessly to our beloved Zoli. Thank you also to Cummer Lodge for their professional care and compassion during his final days. A funeral service will be at HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) on Friday, August 8, at 11:00 a.m. Private Interment.
