Obituary of Olga Polak

POLAK, Olga Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Born February 13, 1946 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. Beloved by her loving husband of 49 years, Frantisek Polak, her son Frantisek Polak Jr. and her daughter-in-law Christine Polak, as well as family in Europe. "You lit up the room with your glow."
