Obituary of Patricia Papernick

PAPERNICK, Patricia May Born May 5, 1950, Patti was the beloved wife and soul mate of David Papernick. Mother of Ben, Katie and Hannah (Mirko) Greenwood. Sister of Joan Woodward, Gail (Dan) Reed, Nancy (Les) Lee and Linda Harris of Newcastle, Ontario. Step-Grandmother to Luka Greenwood. Daughter of the late Isabel and Dr. Hubert Woodward. She passed away June 22, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Patti was loved and admired by all who knew her; from the children in the Rippleton Road P.S. lunch program to the seniors living at the Gibson Retirement Residence where Isabel spent her last years. She loved family, music and sports. Patti always wanted to be a mother and she was a Great one. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th at 1:00 p.m. in CHURCH OF OUR SAVIOUR, 1 Laurentide Drive, Don Mills.
