DELIAKIS, Constantine Passed peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in his 98th year, after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Mary, loving father to John (Barbara) and Amelia (Kostas). Cherished Pappou of Katherine, Laura and Michael. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23.
