Lina and Linett I am so very sorry to hear of your Mother Rosie passing away. She was a very lovely person. I met Rosie when she came to the Aviva Vancouver office to do some program training, so I got to spend the week with her. On the last day of training I drove a few of us including Rosie to Horseshoe Bay for dinner. At the time she couldn't walk very far but she wanted us to go ahead and walk around, she didn't want to hold anyone back. (Always thinking of others) I still have that picture in my mind of seeing her sitting on the park bench looking out at the ferry boats and the ocean, she looked peaceful. Your Mother was a wonderful person.

I just heard about Rozik's passing away and I couldn't believe it. I met Rosik on April-May 2013 when she came over the Vancouver branch to teach us the General and RTM systems. I was still quite new and still unsure on the systems, however with Rozik's patience, teaching and kindness that changed and thanks to her I learned so much! She, myself and another coworkers took a drive around Vancouver to show her the city and beyond. I remember that Rozik enjoyed herself! It was a wonderful day and I got the chance to know Rozik better and the depth of her kindness. She was an excellent person and will be truly missed by everyone. Rozik, thank you kindly for everything and rest in peace in God's arms.

Lina and Linett, your mother was very special to everyone who knew her. She was truly a gift from God. Although she was the smartest woman I've ever met, she was always so humble. I enjoyed her company immensely whether we were discussing work or just chatting in general. As I didn't work in the same office, I didn't get to see her every day as some of our colleagues did, but I still felt that we were good friends. She always gave me a hug whenever I did see her. I was fortunate enough to see her a couple of weeks before her passing and I'll cherish that hug forever. Girls, you were her whole world. She was so proud of you. And she will always remain proud of you and watch over you from Heaven. My sincerest condolences, and may God and the Angels (including Rosie) watch out for you.

Lina and Linett, I I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of your Mother's recent passing. I had the pleasure of working close by her while at Aviva Canada. She helped me out without hesitation whenever I needed help. I last spoke to her in December at my retirement celebration., she had that mischievous grin as we talked about the past and future! I have thought of her frequently since hearing the news and wish you comfort in knowing your Mom was a special gifted person who Impacted my and the lives of many others. Lina and Linett, Thank you for sharing your mom with us! She was such a great lady. In getting to know Rosie, it was very evident that her daughters were loved abundantly and above all were her pride and joy. One of the highest compliments that she would pay us if we wore a particular outfit or necklace was to say: “hmm, I think my daughter(s) would like that”. I would like to send my condolences to Rosie's family and co workers. It is so sad to see a sudden passing of someone so young. My deepest condolence, Rosie was my “cube mate” for the past year. I believe she was personally responsible for the expansion of my waist! Yes, every morning one of the first things Rosie would do after her cereal and sliced bananas was to make sure there were “treats” laid out for everyone. Peanuts, fudge, candy, you name it. The yellow containers with smiley faces always had something tasty in them and always full, it was her first priority of every day. Rosie made sure that temptation greeted me every time I left or returned to my desk ! That temptation was also presented to every person who walked down the hall and it was appreciated by all. I did not know Rosie that well but we were quickly becoming friends. Aside from the “treats” I will always remember Rosie jokingly calling me a “loser” when I would roll up my Tim’s coffee cup only to see PLEASE PLAY AGAIN. It was all in good fun. But there was always a mini celebration when I rolled up a WINNER. You were a winner to me. Rest easy Rosie. I will miss you. The cube is not the same without you.

Lina and Linett, my sincere condolence on the loss of your wonderful mother. Rosie was one of the most caring and kind person I have met in my life time, I am so happy to call her my friiend. Her mission was to take care of everyone who comes across her path. I read Paul Collins' message. What he says about Rosie always being willing to offer a helping hand to her co-workers is true. Rosie never refused a request for assistance. She helped me many times with system questions and was a valued member of the claims audit team until recently. She was also always willing to lend an ear to a co-worker when she thought they might need someone to talk to. She was the definition of a good co-worker and well respected by her peers at Aviva. First my Condolences to Lina and Linett and other family members. It was an emotional time when I heard that Rosie had passed on. I had known your mom for 12 years at Aviva. Rosie was always there to lend a helping hand to others, and was respected by them. She and I also enjoyed many discussions talking about our families, the children, our challenges etc. There was nothing more important in Rosie's life than Lina and Linett, nothing.
