Obituary of Ruth Strano

STRANO, Ruth (nee Barry) Passed away peacefully into the loving embrace of our Lord on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the age of 93. Loving mother of Greg and Ann (Emilio). Beloved wife of the late Frank Strano (2005). Cherished grandmother of Marcus and Jordan. Predeceased by her siblings: Laura, Deedee, Joe, Albert, Donna, and Martin. Survived by her dear sister-in- law Eleanor McIIroy and brother-in-law Alex Stewart. Ruth will best be remembered for her kindness, generosity and thoughtfulness. Ruth loved to laugh and was welcoming to all people. Ruth's family will receive family and friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue, (south of Davisville) on Tuesday, March 18th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 -8:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at ST.
