The School will be very honoured to continue to offer the Cardwell/Robinson Prize for a student in the MSc(OT) program to enter occupational therapy who has demonstrated academic achievement, aptitude and interest the in on site and fieldwork courses related to psychiatry and mental health. Dalhousie will also remember her generosity in being awarded the first Isobel Robinson Historical Research Award to develop Atlantic Canadian Stories of Early Occupational Therapy. Isobel Robinson was a friend of Dalhousie & a mentor to many of us over the years. We will miss her socially in her playing the spoons at conferences and we will miss her professional leadership. Dr. Elizabeth Townsend, Professor and Director of the Dalhousie School of Occupational Therapy and a former student of Isobel.

My sincere condolences to Isobel's family and friends. I was her assistant at the University of Toronto from November 1975 until her retirement. She was the most kindest and thoughtful person I have worked for, she will be missed by all. RIP Miss Robinson. Vicky Dingillo (Martino)
