Obituary of Robert Ludwig

LUDWIG, Robert Kirby "Bob" At Southlake Regional Health Centre on Monday, February 17, 2014, Bob passed away after a brave struggle with cancer. Beloved husband for 60 years of Pamela Ludwig (nee Hulton). Devoted father to Lee Giles (Jeff), Bob Ludwig, Jr. (Lissette) and Jim Ludwig (Angie). Loving Gramps to Lauren (Mike), Scott, Amy, Matthew, Gabriela and Mark-Anthony. He also leaves his dear sister Norma Lee Ney of California. Bob, known affectionately as "Rover" by his Psi Upsilon buddies at U of T, will be missed for his wonderful sense of fun, sport and thoughtfulness. A true gentleman, he enjoyed making people smile wherever he went - including at Green Briar or Amica - Newmarket. Many thanks to Drs. Yuen, Kassam, Faris and the wonderful team on the 6th floor. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21st.
