Obituary of Irene Gray

GRAY, Irene Alice (nee Pim) Peacefully on March 31, 2008 at the North York General Hospital, at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife for 50 years of the late William Robert "Bill" Gray. Loving mother of Bill and Julie Gray and Carolyn and Bob Singleton. Daughter of the late Henry and Louisa Pim. Cherished grandmother of Hilary, Jessica, Billy and Alexandra. Predeceased by her sisters Louisa, Hazel and Lorraine, and brothers John and Henry. Irene loved dancing, playing bridge, family vacations, wintering in Florida and traveling abroad. Irene was most fond of family occasions and holidays such as birthdays, Christmas and Easter. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Friday. Service in the chapel Saturday, April 5 at three o'clock. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
