Obituary of Martin Peter Gorenflo

MARTIN PETER GORENFLO

Passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Friday, November 10, 2017 in his 71st year.  Beloved husband of the late Anne (née Nosko).  Loving father of Christine and Catherine.  Predeceased by parents Max and Frieda, of Montreal.  Martin graduated from McGill University in 1967.  After graduation, he accepted a position at IBM where he enjoyed a long career.  Upon his retirement he dedicated his time to his daughters whom he loved tremendously.  He will forever be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES – NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 4:00 till 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16th.  A memorial service will take place in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 18th.  Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
